Scheduling Information
This online meeting request form is to be used when requesting videoconferencing events involving North Dakota University System video rooms. Here are some tips to get started:
  • Once an event is scheduled, the event requester will receive an email confirmation from IVN. This information should then be forwarded to all sites involved in the event.
  • IVN centrally manages the schedules for all IVN Public Rooms. For all other rooms, users must receive permission to use the room prior to submitting a schedule request.
  • For use of IVN Public Rooms, meeting requests will be accepted after semester classes are scheduled in accordance with the timeline below:

    January 1 - April 30 November 8
    May 1 - August 15 February 22
    August 16 - December 31 April 8
