Each STAGEnet
videoconferencing consortium is responsible for establishing room
usage and scheduling policies. Some consortia may identify only specific
days or times that are available for scheduling by outside entities.
In higher education,
credit class activities generally receive scheduling priority over
meetings or non-credit activities.
If you wish to
use a room outside your consortium or are not in a consortium and
wish to schedule a videoconferencing event, you need to contact your
desired location's site coordinator or consortium director.
Videoconferencing
is currently available to higher education, K-12, Extension/Research
Centers, state and local government and non-profit groups.
