Effective January 1, 2006

STAGEnet has awarded award contracts to AVI Systems and Qwest for videoconferencing equipment. The contract has an effective date beginning January 1, 2006, and has a term of up to three (3) years for equipment purchases, with three (3) one-year contract extensions.

The award of a State Term Contract that will be made available to entities authorized to participate in cooperative purchasing with the State under North Dakota Century Code 54-44.4-13, including institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Higher Education, K-12 schools, and local government entities. Universities and Colleges, K-12, and local government may purchase directly off of the contract and will not go through the State to do so.
