These training
modules are provided as an overview of the equipment in a
video conferencing classroom. Training includes
modules on Polycom Equipment.
As a classroom technician, you should review these modules
prior to more in-depth training provided by your campus videoconferencing
tech coordinator. The purpose of these modules is to acquaint
you with the system.
You can refer back to these modules whenever needed for an
update. A quiz is provided at the end of the modules to gage
what you have learned. How well you do on the quiz does not
reflect your job performance. You may wish to go over the areas
you were weak in with your tech coordinator.
Some of the modules will tell you to refer to handouts for
further review and study.
